Objective1.To study the early performance of HRCT in connective tissue disease secondary interstitial lung disease(CTD-ILD) and provide the basis for the clinical early treatment, in order to improve the quality of life of the patients and prognosis.2.To compare the sensitivity of diagnosis of the early performance of the common CT and HRCT in connective tissue disease secondary interstitial lung disease(CTD-ILD).Materials and Methods Collect33cases connective tissue disease patients in Shanxi medical university second affiliated hospital of FengShiKe in hospital during2010-2011. All of the patients based on corresponding diagnosis standard diagnosed, The male13cases, female20cases. Age:25-78years old. Collected the related test results, Including the urine, Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate(ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP) and rheumatoid factor (RF), antinuclear antibodies(ANA), etc. Every patients were doing ordinary CT and chest high resolution CT (HRCT) examination. Analysised the ordinary CT and HRCT imaging changes of33patients,summaried the subpleural line and ground glass of shadow, and analysised the results. Results There were33patients with connective tissue disease, including18cases with orheumatoid arthritis,4cases with primary Sjogren’s syndrome,8cases with systemic lupus erythematosus,3cases with ankylosing spondylitis, the HRCT scans showed:5cases with pleural off line,15cases with ground-glass opacities. In the result, common CT found early positive changes9cases, HRCT for18cases. In the performance of the HRCT images, the subpleural line were5cases, the ground glass opacity were15cases,and both accompanied by subpleural line and ground glass opacity changes in patients was2cases. The statistical analysis of the early performance of the ordinary CT and HRCT showed that, The detection rate of both chest early manifestation of the connective tissue disease secondary interstitial lung disease was different.Conclusion:1. HRCT for the diagnosis of the CTD-ILD in patients with early lung damage have significant value, and provide the basis for clinical early diagnosis and treatment as well as the efficacyobserved. 2. Compared with ordinary CT, HRCT had the better sensitivity of the early imaging performance in connective tissue disease secondary interstitial lung changes.
