Change Trebd Of Risk Factors Of Ami In Guangxi During1990-2009

Objective To investigate the change trend of the risk factors of AMI within20years in Guangxi area.Methods Retrospective analysis consecutive1974patients with AMI over20years in Guangxi Cardiovascular Institution. Hospital records and prognosis were compared between two ten-year period.Results468patients were hospitalized from1990to1999and1506patients were hospitalized from2000to2009, hypertension was present in45.6%during1990-1999and51.5%during2000-2009(P＜0.05). Proportion of dyslipidemia rose from55.1%to61%(P＜0.05).Proportion of heavy drinking had fallen (P＜0.05). The proportion of Heavy smoking was elicited in51.3%during1990-1999and47.4%during2000-2009(P＞0.05). Conclusions1. The number of patients with AMI and the levels of risk factors kept upon increased trend in Guangxi area within20years, especially the proportion of hypertension and dyslipidemia was dramatically increased (P＜0.05).The proportion of heavy smoking had fallen, but the number was still large.2. We should improve the awareness of risk factors and make efficient intervention to prevent AMI in population of Guangxi area.
