Inhibitory Effect Of Ubenimex Alone Or Combined With DDP On The Growth Of Human Ovarian Cancer Cell Line SKOV3in Vitro

Objective To investigate the proliferation effect of Ubenimex Alone or Combined with DDP on human ovary cancer cell line SKOV-3in vitro.Methods Human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV-3,cultured in vitro,was treated with Ubenimex and DDP Alone or Combined(at different concentrations) for24-48h.The MTT method was used to measure growth inhibition rates of SKOV-3cells after treated for24h. The Chou and Talalay combination index method combination assesses the effect of Ubenimex and CDDP.The cell cycle distributions were detected by flow cytometic analysis after treated for48h.Results The cell growth was arrested at G1/S stage after treated with Ubenimex or DDP alone and at G1/S、G2/M stage after treated with Ubenimex and DDP Combined. The growth of human ovary cancer cell line SKOV-3in vitro was inhibited effectively when treated with Ubenimex and DDP Alone or Combined(at different concentrations), which is in dose-dependent manners. The interaction of Ubenimex and DDP was synergistic effect.Conclusion Ubenimex could significantly inhibit the growth of ovary cancer cell line SKOV-3in vitro. And enhanced ddp on ovarian cancer cells in vitro growth inhibition.
