Expression Of Survivin,Fas And FasL In Cervical Carcinoma Tissue Before And After The Arteria Femoralis Interventional Chemotherapy And Clinical Significance

Objective To evaluate different expression of Survivin,Fas and FasL in cervical carcinoma cells before and after the arteria femoralis interventional chemotherapy and clinical significance,and to analyaze their correlation by examing their positive rates in the cervical carcinoma and to investigate the relations of Survivin,Fas and FasL and the the process of invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinomas combining the clinic opathological features(surgical pathological stage,histological type and lymph metastasis).Methods Samples from40cases of normal cervix,30cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and56cervical cancer with stage ⅠB-ⅡB,which included tissues before and after the interventional chemotherapy,samples were examined and marked through PV-6000immunohistochemical method for Survivin,Fas and FasL.We examined their correlations and relations with the clinicopathological stage,histological grade and histological type of the endometrial carcinomas by examing the positive rates of the Survivin,Fas and FasL.Besides,their relations between the change of them and clinical efficiency were aslo analyzed.Results Before the interventional chemotherapy,The positive rates of the expression of Survivin and FasL were85.7%and91.1%,the positive rates of Fas was48.2%,after the interventional chemotherapy,the positive rates of the expression of Survivin and FasL were28.5%and46.4%,the positive rates of Fas was96.4%,the expression of Survivin and FasL decreased and that of Fas increased significantly(P<0.05).In cervical cancer the changing of Fas expression was significantly negative correlated with the changing of Survivin expression(r=-0.9580,P<0.05)?while significantly negitive correlated with the changing of FasL expression(r=-0.9530,P<0.05).3.After the arteria femoralis interventional chemotherapy the change of the three apoptosis proteins was much more,the clinical efficiency was much better.Conclusion The changes of Survivin,Fas and FasL expression were significantly related with cervical progress,the interventional chemotherapy,through.inhibiting the growth of these cells and shortening gross tumor volume,can fulfill the suppression of metastasis with promoting apoptosis of the cervical carcinoma cells.
