With the improvement of quality of life, cardiovascular disease has attached more and more attention due to high pathogenicity. Atherosclerosis is the pathological basis for the formation of cardiovascular disease, which has some relations with the concentration change of trace element in the human body based on epidemiological research and clinical findings. This paper takes the New Zealand rabbits as the research objects, and reproduces white rabbit liver with atherosclerosis disease by a high-fat diet. Digests the sample with miscible liquids of nitric acid and peroxide by microwave method, and measure the Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Cr, Pb and Cd concentration by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Compared with it in the rabbits liver of normal group, the paper explores the influence of dietary structure on the Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Cr, Pb and Cd concentration. At the same time, Compared with it in the rabbit liver of the treatment group, the paper analyses the concentration change of trace element after being treated by medicine so as to provide a basis for disease cause and further prevention and treatment of AS (atherosclerosis). The main contents of the paper are as follows:1. Detection of trace elemnet concentration in rabbit liver of normal groupReproduce rabbit liver by a normal diet. Digest the sample with miscible liquids of nitric acid and peroxide by microwave method, and then measure the Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Cr, Pb and Cd content by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.2. Detection of trace elemnet concentration in rabbit liver of AS groupReproduce rabbit liver with atherosclerosis disease by a high-fat diet. Digest the sample with miscible liquids of nitric acid and peroxide by microwave method, and then measure the Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Cr, Pb and Cd content by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.3. Determination of trace elemnet concentration in rabbit liver of treated groupReproduce rabbit liver with atherosclerosis disease by a high-fat diet. Digest the sample with miscible liquids of nitric acid and peroxide by microwave method, and then measure the Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Cr, Pb and Cd content by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Compared with all data, discuss the correlativity between the trace elements connection and food and drugs.
