Objective: This study is based on the observation of multi-dimensional evaluating index forpatients with primary nephrotic and hepatorenal Yin deficient syndrome, involving in themain clinical symptoms, the laboratory parameters of symptom, the urinary proteinqualitative,24-hour urinary protein, serum albumin, blood lipids and glucose, and theclinical performance for the side effects of taking glucocorticoid, comprehensively evaluatesthe clinical efficacy of ZISHENJIEDUHUAYUFA combined with western glucocorticoidtherapy on primary nephrotic syndrome, analysis the influence for the incidence ofglucocorticoid side effects and provides the basis for the Chinese medicine treatment on theprimary nephritic syndrome.Methods: There are60patients with primary nephritic syndrome. All of them are fromNephrosis administrative offices, Henan Traditional Chinese medicine college first affiliatedhospital, between April2010to February2011. They were randomly divided into2groups:30cases in the treatment group and30cases in the control group. Patients in the controlgroup were on glucocorticoid standard treatment, and patients in the treatment group were onthe basis of standard treatment adding the methods of incites the kidney disintoxicatingresolving blood stasis with Chinese medicine formulations particles. Review once every4weeks,8weeks totally. Observe the efficacy index(including the overall efficacy, clinicalsymptoms and signs of integration, routine urine test,24-hour urinary protein, serumalbumin, blood lipids, fasting blood glucose, etc) and the safety indicators(includingperipheral white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets, liver, kidney function,ECG, etc). Adopt the randomized, controlled clinical trials and T test for comparing two setsdata; Chi-square test for counting data; Rank test for level data. Compare the difference ofthe total effective rate and the side effects incidence rate of glucocorticoid for patients, andevaluate the synergistic and reducing toxicity effect of the methods of incites the kidney disintoxicating resolving blood stasis for adequate glucocorticoid therapy on patients withprimary nephrotic and hepatorenal Yin deficient syndrome.Results: The results of this study were in two aspects as follows:1For the treatment group, complete remission was16(53.3%), partial remission was4(13.3%), effective4was (13.4%), invalid wsa6(20.0%),and the total effective rate was68.6%; For the control group, complete remission was9(30.0%), partial remission was3(10.0%), effective was10(33.3%), invalid was8(26.7%),and the total effective rate was40.0%. The statistical analysis show:P <0.05,prove that the curative effects of the treatmentgroup is better than the control group.2In reducing the rate of the side effects of hormone, the treatment group are better than thecontrol group.Conclusion: The methods of incites the kidney disintoxicating resolving blood stasis canimproves the efficacy of steroid treatment of nephrotic syndrome, with the antagonistichormonal side effects and no obvious side effects, and has the synergistic and reducingtoxicity effect on the treatment of nephrotic syndrome attenuated hormone therapy. |
