The Clinical Observation For The Method Of Wen-fei-hua-tan-qu-yu To The Bronchia Asthma Treatment

Purpose:It is writing to observe the clinical therapeutics effect in acute bronchia asthma treatment with the method of wen-fei-hua-tan-qu-yu by mensurating the PEF and PEFR to estimate the effect of the bronchia reactive of patients who have been suffering from acute bronchia asthma, and further discuss the adaptability of the method of wen-fei-hua-tan-qu-yu for acute bronchia asthma treatment.Methods:60patients of acute bronchia asthma proved in han-tan-jia-yu will randomly divide into two groups which are for comparison and treatment.30patients allocated in different groups. Depends on the pathogeny, treatment group will apply Chinese medicine drink base on the comparison group. One week for one treatment. And calculate the asthma symptom in day and night, the PEF and PEFR in the3rd,7th, days before and after the treatment. After the observation, I will build up a database with Excel, to analyze the statistic data with SPSS13.0. The differences and changes between comparison group and treatment group for the effect of acute bronchia asthma treatment will be analyzed by Ridit,t-test, etc.Results:1. After the analysis for the basic information of both groups, including gentle, age, cough symptom before treatment, it is comparative.2. Clinical effect:refer to2008"bronchia asthma prevention direction" there is an obvious improvement of both groups after the treatment with statistic meaning (P<0.05), and the effect of treatment group is better than the comparison group. 3. PEF and the variation rate:compared both groups before and after the treatment, there is an increase in PEF and decrease in PEF variation rate. Both group showed an obvious variation in statistic. That means the treatment for both groups will make the PEF increased and the PEF variation rate decreased, but the treatment group performed better than comparison group.Conclusion:1. Chinese medicine used by the method of wen-fei-hua-tan-qu-yu combined with western medicine basic treatment and pure western medicine treatment is effective for han-tan-jia-yu bronchia asthma. And the comparison between combination treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine and pure western medicine, the combination treatment can obviously improve the clinical effect.2. Base on the western medicine treatment, the method of wen-fei-hua-tan-qu-yu as an additional treatment for bronchia asthma. It can improve PEF, decreased the variation rate of PEF, and also decreased the high reactive of bronchia.3. There is no bad case showed in liver and kidney, that means Chinese treatment in clinical is safe and no side effect.
