The Influence Of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis’s Muscle Force And Lung Function Treated From Lung And Spleen

ObjectiveThis research adopted the prospective case analysis and combined a modern mathematical statistics method to discuss the influence of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients’muscle force and lung function, through treated from lung and spleen, in order to further instruct clinically.MethodAccording to the literature available and the expert consultancy, use the international universal MRC muscle force table to test the total points of34groups of muscle. Used the Jaeger MS-DIFFUSION pulmonary function instrument to test the lung function, especially to observe force vital capacity、maximum inspiration pressure、maximum expiratory pressure etc. Used the prospective research technique, took the patients which had been clinical diagnosed determinately as the research objects, gave the treatment of jian pi yi fei ke li for2months, finally evaluated the relative targets of the total points of muscle force and lung function, including the treatment before and after it1and2months. It used SPSS18.0software package to record and inspect the data, used the description analysis, one-way anova、paired-samples T Test to carry on the statistical analysis to discuss the influence of jian’ pi yi fei ke li to ALS patients.ResultsIn this research,28cases were collected, included17male and11female.The statistic results indicate, before and after the treatment1and2months, there was no statistics difference between the28ALS patients’total points of muscle force and lung function (P>0.05).Conclusion Jian pi yi fei ke li can’t improve ALS patients’total points of muscle force and lung function in Statistics, but during the experiment, I observed that most of the patients’clinical symptoms were steady even improved. The symptoms like exhausted、short of breath were lighten. What’s more, it can enhanced the patients’ability of daily life. Therefore, it provided further guidance for ALS’s future clinical treatment.
