The Clinical Study On Treating Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Yixin Huoxue Pills

ObjectiveThis paper aims at studying Yixin Huoxue pills---the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s hospital preparation in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with respect to clinical efficacy and safety, and to provide more evidence in clinical application of Yixin Huoxue pill.MethodsThis clinical study receives patients which met the diagnostic criteria in80cases from December2010to February2012period, from the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of cardiovascular internal medicine inpatient and outpatient. Using simple random, parallel placebo-controlled clinical design principle, according to1:1principles the80cases were divided into treatment group and control group with40cases in each group. Treatment group was given routine treatment of Western medicine and Yixin Huoxue pill treatment, the control group received routine treatment of Western medicine, and continued for8weeks. Observation after treatment of angina pectoris, TCM efficacy, ECG efficacy, nitroglycerin withdrawal and other aspects were compared between the two groups results.Results1. Clinical symptom of angina curative effect:treatment group shown95%, control group shown67.5%, and the treatment group was superior to control group, two groups had statistical significance;2. Chinese medical symptoms curative effect:treatment group shown90%, control group shown72.5%, and the treatment group was superior to control group, two groups had statistical significance;3. ECG curative effect:treatment group shown77.5%, control group shown65%, ECG before and after the treatment has improved, but there is no significant difference in two groups;4. Nitroglycerin stopper or decreased percentage curative effect:both the treatment group and the control group can reduce the nitroglycerin use of the stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease effectively, treatment group nitroglycerin stopping reduction rate of90%, compared to the control group nitroglycerin stopping reduction rate of85%, two groups had statistical significance.ConclusionYixin Huoxue pills---hospital preparation combined with western medicine treatment is better than single western medicine treatment, and can significantly improve angina symptoms of stable angina pectoris patients, reduce anginal episodes, improve TCM symptoms, reduce the nitroglycerin usage; In ECG curative effect, the treatment group and the control group efficacy improvement was not statistically significant, considering patients at that time activities status and statistical analysis difference about. Through strict conditions, we maybe can obtain a conclusion that has statistically significant differences.Yixin Huoxue pill in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease process does not appear serious and harmful response, good safety.
