ObjectiveBy studying Hyperplasia of mammary gland (HMG), the incidence of bias of By studying the Hyperplasia of mammary gland (HMG) incidence of bias in the left and right breast, and the link between HMG patients with symptoms of bias and "The liver disease", explore the significance of "The liver was born left" theory using in the HMG incidence of bias, and lay the foundation for the theory in the application of clinical prevention, diagnosis and treatment of HMG.MethodsObservation of155cases from July2011to April2012diagnosed as HMG by breast outpatient clinics in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.①Statistical patients with HMG symptoms and signs in the distribution of the left and right breast, analysis the HMG incidence of bias, investigating significance of "The liver was born left" theory using in the HMG incidence of bias.②Analysis the correlation between "The liver disease" and occurs in the left and right breast HMG with the signs and symptoms, further explore "The liver was born left " theory using in the HMG clinical application.Result①Research into155cases of HMG patients with a total of310breasts, Compared to the mean of total score in signs and symptoms with the left and right breast, the di fferences have stat istically significant (p<0.05), prove that the signs and symptoms of HMG in the left breast performance more prominent than the right ones.②In the155cases of HMG patients, there are90patients the signs and symptoms with bias,64cases in the left breast,26in the right breast; 65cases without bias. Prove that HMG incidence with bias is more than without ones, and pathogenesis in the left breast is more than the right ones.③In the HMG with bias, compared to the total score of the signs and symptoms with the left and right breast, the differences have statistically significant (p<0.05); in the HMG patients without bias, compared to the total score of the signs and symptoms with the left and right breast, the differences have no statistically significant (p<0.05). Prove that in the HMG with bias, there is significant difference between the left and right breast in the signs and symptoms.④The HMG with bias of the right breast, compared with the mean of total score in signs and symptoms in the right breast and the left ones in the left breast of the HMG with bias of the left breast, the differences have no statistically significant (p<0.05), prove that HMG the signs and symptoms of pain and mass in the left breast of the performance is significantly more prominent than the right breast.⑤In the155cases of HMG patients, there are92cases of symptoms consistent with "The liver disease",49cases with bias of the left breast, and13cases with bias of the right breast,30cases without bias. Compared to the cases with bias of the left breast, the right breast and without bias patients in the HMG of symptoms consistent with "The liver disease", the differences have statistically significant (p<0.05). Prove that HMG with bias of the left breast, the symptoms consistent with "The liver disease" is more relevant than the right ones and that without bias patients.Conclusion①HMG the signs and symptoms in the left breast of the performance is significantly more prominent than the right breast, and HMG incidence with bias is more than without ones; The signs and symptoms of pain and mass in the left breast of the performance is significantly more prominent than the right breast. Prove that there is clinical significance of "The liver was born left" theory using in the HMG incidence of bias.②HMG with bias of the left breast, the symptoms consistent with "The liver disease" is more relevant than the right ones and that without bias patients, prove that HMG with bias of the left breast, the symptoms consistent with "The liver disease" is more relevant than the right ones and that without bias patients. The conclusion shows that there is clinical significance of "The liver was born left" theory using in the HMG incidence of bias. That means we should give more consideration to the prevention and treatment "From the liver prevention","From the liver treatment" in the HMG patients with clinical symptoms of with bias of the left breast.
