For urinary tract are the most common means of early diagnosis and monitoring of bladder cancer recurrence status of needs to be improved. This research will explore an innovative, simple, low cost, sensitive and specific for macromolecules in the urine protein and tumor marker detection method. Urine markers of tumor matrix metalloproteinase9(MMP9) object and the starting point for research, molecular docking technique in macromolecular material-specific recognition advantage, looking for strong integration and cohesion of the specificity and MMP9small molecule ligands; and methods for their synthesis of organic chemistry. Finally in mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum, high carbon, hydrogen spectrum, spectral resolution to identify its physical and chemical properties.Using surface plasmon resonance biosensors (SPR) has a highly sensitive and specific detection of molecular interactions between advantage and does not need to be marked, the ligands on the chip package is, on tumor markers with small molecule ligands for high sensitivity detection.
