[Objective]:To investigate the influential factor of anticoagulant therapy compliance in patients undergoing cardiac mechanical valve replacement surgery and explore the change of anticoagulant therapy compliance through reinforcing health education.[Methods]:300patients undergoing cardiac mechanical valve replacement surgery and discharged after half a year were collected and were divided into the control group and the observation group each with150cases. The control group were given regular review and follow-up method. The observation group in addition received strengthen health education to intervene the compliance of anticoagulation therapy. Using the questionaire way to study the anticoagulant therapy compliance, including taking medicines, regular review, self-monitoring, diet management and disease related knowledge, anticoagulant therapy complications.[Results]:The observation group are better than the control group in medicines, regular review, self-monitoring, diet management, no matter the age, sex or valve replacement parts(P<0.05). Patients older than50years had higher periodic review of compliance compared with patients younger than50years in the observation group(P<0.05). Patients who had abundant knowledge about disease, higher than patients who had poor knowledge (P<0.05). The diet compliance were improved after the intervention(P<0.05), no matter the disease knowledge level. In patients with high level of disease knowledge (≥5分), the medication compliance were improved after the intervention(P<0.05). At the same time, co-cerebral embolism and co-cerebral hemorrhage patients’anticoagulant therapy compliance was significantly improved(P<0.05). The regular review and diet compliance were significantly improved after bleeding and embolism complications occurred in other parts(P<0.05).[Conclusion]:It is indicated that the anticoagulant therapy compliance in patients undergoing cardiac mechanical valve replacement surgery is obviously improved through post-discharge intensive healthy education. Anticoagulant therapy in patients with compliance affect the treatment effect, it is necessary for nurses to focus on it and then to solve the problem.
