Chest CT lesions had various manifestations, including consolidation, thin film, cable shape film with high density, patchy or nodule shape, high density film, or military film in two pulmonary.4cases had total IgE rised,2cases had total IgA and IgG rised.5cases used corticosteroids as the treatment after they were diagnosed EAA clearly or suspiciously, and1case were divorced from allergens. All of them became better either clinical or imaging manifestations. Conclusion:most patients with EAA had allergen exposure history. The clinical manifestations and the results of X-ray and chest CT are no-specific and confused in patients with EAA.
