ObjectiveTo discuss the results of recovery of erectile function and urinary continence in patients treated with anatomical nerve sparing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.MethodsThe results of recovery of erectile function and urinary continence of12patients treated with anatomical nerve sparing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy were followed up,and were analyzed combined with clinical data statistically.ResultsThough IIEF-5score of the patients who received laparoscopic radical prostatectomy decreased,about66.7%(8/12)of them still got more than12points of IIEF-5score. The recoveries of erectile function and urinary continence related with age of the patients.The younger the patients were,the better recovery they got.ConclusionsTo the patients of prostate cancer,anatomical nerve sparing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy can get them better recovery of erectile function and urinary continence,especially for the younger patients. |
