Analysis Of Early Clinical Date Of MVR With Or Without Mitral Valve Structure Reserved

Objective:We have summarized the date of MVR in160cases of No.1hospital of shanxi medical university from2001to2011, in which mitral valve structure was reserved in80cases and was not in80cases. We will analysis the surgical curative effect of the two methods, in order to achieve better result.Methods:We have selected160cases of MVR, in which mitral valve structure was reserved in80cases,and was not reserved in80cases. We will use statistical software combined with related literature date to analysis the surgical curative effect in LVD、LVS、LA、LVEF and neopathy.Result:The patients without mitral valve structure reserved have decreased in LVEF, and there were no statistical meanings in other targets.Conclusion:We can obtain a better result with the mitral valve struture reserved in MVR.
