Objective: After cerebral infarction functional recovery is a complex process ofneurogenesis plays an important role in nerve injury and repair, but the exact mechanism ofischemia-induced neurogenesis is unclear. EA has significant efficacy in the treatment ofcerebral infarction rehabilitation, electro-acupuncture treatment can induce neurogenesis is thekey to establishing this topic. In this paper, electro-acupuncture treatment of adult hypertensionin rats after cerebral infarction, observe the mechanism of EA and endogenous neural premise ofcell proliferation and nerve regeneration, to provide new ideas for the study of the future cerebralinfarction treatment.Methods: Selection of2-3month-old healthy male SD rats, weighing80~120g usestereotypes kidneys clamp method copy RHRSP model, normal blood pressure group only openon the silver clip, every two weeks, measured after the first blood pressure. Renal artery stenosisafter12W, blood pressure is greater than180mmHg and without stroke symptoms, body weight450~500g RHRSP; using electrocoagulation coagulation closed MCA, made MCAO model. Useof randomization: Sham operation group: RHRSP MCAO (only for the same craniotomy, but notocclusion of MCA)1W,2W,3W,4W, weekly group3, a total of12only; infarction group:RHRSP and MCAO model after the success of1W,2W,3W,4W, weekly group of6, a total of24only; electro-acupuncture group: RHRSP and MCAO model successful electroacupuncture fortreatment of1W,2W,3W,4W, weekly group6, a total of24only. Using Garcia score, HEstaining, immunohistochemistry observation of Electroacupuncture on cerebral infarction after1,2,3,4weeks at different time points in rats with cerebral infarction size, grade of behavior aswell as each rat intracerebral lesions around Nestin, GAP-43positive cell number and thenumber of labeled cells changes, and then all the data by using SPSS17for windows statisticalsoftware packages for statistical analysis. Normal distribution data using the mean+SD,multiple sets of data were compared using analysis of variance between samples; two werecompared with t test, P <0.05that was statistically significant.Results:1、RHRSP average blood pressure was198.36±21.44mmHg. Garcia score in rats,the neurological function scores and found that the sham operation group was18(normal) ofMCAO score gradually increased over time,5d back to normal. EA2d and3d score comparedwith the MI group (P<0.05).2、Electro-acupuncture treatment three weeks before the infarctvolume compared with the corresponding point in time simply infarction group narrowing (P<0.05)4weeks, no significant difference.3、the infarct edge of MCAO and EA distribution of Nestin and GAP-43positive cells. Nestin and GAP-43positive cells after cerebral infarctionperifocal ischemia1Zhou Shiyang cell count increased and reached the peak, Nestin andGAP-43positive reaction continued until4weeks after cerebral infarction,2to4weeks ofpositive reaction gradually reduced. Electroacupuncture for treatment of a weekend, the numberof cells increased significantly,2to4weeks with time than in the cerebral infarction group wassignificantly reduced.Conclusion: EA could promote hypertensive rats after cerebral infarction endogenous neuralprecursor cell proliferation and nerve regeneration, and promote the recovery of neurologicalfunction. By electro-acupuncture treatment after cerebral infarction volume is reduced, rat neuralbehavior scores higher. EA treatment, the acute phase of infarction edge of a large number ofNestin and GAP-43distribution.
