Background and Objective:The hemodialysis technique has experienced 40 years and has saved many uremia patients Maintenance hemodialysis, Patients who need renal replacement therapy are increasing, But, the Hemodialysis technique has its limits, There are some factors of Patients, The quality of life and survival rate can not get expectant effect. To analyze the physical signs、biochemical criterion and quality of life of patients.According to the results of this trial, we can make some measures to better the prognosis of patients.Materials and Methods:1. PatientsOne hundred and twenty of hemodialysis patients were randomly and equally divided into three groups:hemodialysis(HD), hemodiafiltration(HDF), high flux hemodialysis(HFHD), Patients were in Center of Blood Purification of the Third People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou.2. Biochemical indicators of detectionSupernatants were collected and levels of Hemoglobin、Calcium, phosphorus (P), albumin, C-reactive protein and (32-microglobulin (β2-MG), serum total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, parathyroid hormone (PTH) were measured by ELISA. The experiments were done before and after the dialysis.3. The Questionnaire Of SF-36Questionnaire to record in detail the various groups of patients with physiological function (PF), Role Physical (RP), bodily pain (BP), general health status (GH), energy (VI), social function (SF), role emotional (RE)mental health (MH), health transition (HT).Results:1. There were no differences of blood cells and hemoglobin between three groups with or without hemodialysis, the same results with white blood cell, platelet levels and hemoglobin content (p>0.05); Hemoglobin content was significantly increased after treatment 6 months compared with before treatment in HFHD group, and the differences were significant (p<0.05) between HFHD and HD group.2. There were no differences of plasma albumin between three groups before hemodialysis. Plasma albumin was significantly increased after treatment 6 months compared with before treatment in HFHD group, and the increase of albumin were significant (p<0.05) in HFHD group compared with HD or HDF group.3. There were no differences of Calcium and phosphorus between three groups between three groups before hemodialysis, Calcium was significantly increased after treatment 6 months compared with before treatment (p>0.05), while phosphorus was significantly decreased(p<0.05)4. There were no differences of Parathyroid hormone between three groups between three groups before hemodialysis, Parathyroid was significantly decreased after treatment 6 months compared with before treatment (p<0.05) in group of HFHD and HDF, while the difference wasn’t significantly in HD group (p>0.05)5. There were no differences of blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogen between three groups with or without hemodialysis (p>0.05) 6. There were no differences of C-reactive protein andβ2-microglobulin between three groups before hemodialysis (p>0.05), C-reactive protein andβ2-microglobulin were significantly decreased after treatment 6 months compared with before treatment (p<0.05) in group of HFHD, while the difference wasn’t significantly in HD group.7. There were significant differences of the incidence of high blood pressure and muscle cramps between three groups after hemodialysis, the incidence in HFHD group was the lowest, it was the highest in HD group, the HDF group in the middle (p<0.05).There were no differences of the incidence of hypotension, arrhythmias, blood clotting and bleeding of between three groups before hemodialysis (p>0.05)8. There were no differences of The Questionnaire Of SF-36 between three groups before hemodialysis (p>0.05). T he Score of the PF, the RP, BP, GH, RE, MH, in HFHD group were higher than the other two groups (p<0.05)Conclusion:1. Three hemodialysis on the small molecules have the same removal efficiency of acid-base balance and electrolyte imbalance.2. Hemodiafiltration and high flux hemodialysis removal of macromolecules was significantly superior to conventional hemodialysis..3. High-flux hemodialysis on the removal of middle molecular substances is superior to conventional hemodialysis.4. High-flux hemodialysis and hemodiafiltration better than to improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the role of the kidney disease patients quality of life better than conventional hemodialysis high-flux hemodialysis on the removal of middle molecular substancesconventional hemodialysis.
