Studies On Regional Development And Management Of TCM In DaZhou

TCM is the national treasure of China, is a medical system formed by accumulation of Chinese ancestors from their thousands of years’ practice in production and life and in the struggle against disease. For thousands of years, Chinese medicine not only contributed a lot for our national breeding and progress, but also had an very important influence to the other nations of the world. Traditional Chinese has lots of characters such as:simple, comfortable, effective and cheap. It’s so popolar among the masses especilly in rural areas. Now, the Chinese medicine still plays a significant role, and it is an irreplaceble important part in the health career of our country. Maintaining the heath of nation, reducing the economic burden of the government and patients and alleviating the problems—hard to see the doctors and expensive to get medicine, are all need the Chinese medicine. In addition, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) represents the medical development direction in the future.However, in recent decades, with the progress of economic and scientific and technological level, especially under the impact of modern medicine, traditional Chinese medicine has many questions:TCM hospitals westernize seriously, they lost their special advantage gradually and ruduced several services; the college student graduated from TCM colleges haven’t solide elementary knowledge, they cannot do the Chinese medicine clinical work independently; the old Chinese medicine doctors’academic thoughts and experience can’t be inherited; some of the characteristics and square prscription treatments of traditional Chinese medicine face extinction.The development of traditional Chinese medicine in DaZhou City also appears several problems like the whole TCM development environment. To some extent, these problems in DaZhou are the epitomes of the whole country.This article finds out the existing problems by in-depth research of present developing situation of Chinese medicine and the management status in DaZhou; it analyzes the reasons deeply and get the conclusion through literature study, expert interview and questionnaire survey; it also gives rational suggestions; it will provide adequate and feasible demonstrated theory basis for the ajustment of the development and management in traditional Chinese medicine.
