Based On The Class Arachnida Arthropod Animal Medicinal Value And Antibacterial Activity Investigation

The research mainly on arthropods insect chemical research in the field ofanimal， this is an important animal insect natural product research. The researchinvolves arthropod animal natural product resources.Based on the research of insect natural product，this paper takes the arthropodanimal door arachnids with medical significance of the scorpion and spider as theresearch object， through the study on the antibacterial activity of searching for newantibiotics lead compounds. Antibacterial compounds were isolation and identificationunder the guidance of antimicrobial activity. The tested strains used as gram positivebacteria(Bacillius Subtilis)and Gram-negative bacteria(Escherich coli)from the airpollution bacteria; and Methcillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),Staphylococcus epidermidis(Staph.Epidermidis), Acinetobacter baumannii(Ab)andEnterobacter cloacae from the clinical pathogenic bacteria strains. Liquid inoculationplate method evaluated for the insects crude extracts and set up antibacterial dose ofdifferent concentrations group. Column chromatography as the main separationmeans，70%methanol extract of scorpion and spider was separeted looking for newantibacterial compounds.The experiment found that scorpion and spider showed good inhibition againstBacillus subtilis， inhibition of scorpion is slightly stronger than the spider inhibition.Scorpion showed inhibition against Escherichia coli. Spider have weak inhibitionagainst Bauman Acinetobacter. Two compounds obtained by the columnchromatography and RP-HPLC separation and purification. They were first isolatedfrom scorpion for two new compounds. Compound1is a cardenolidol derivation，and compound2is another for the new structure.Animal insect source in the diversity and origin of chemical characteristics comp-aring with phytochemistry and marine biology in natural products chemistry. It is akind of natural resources with international competitiveness. Although the survival quantity relatively barren，The arthropods insect still remains to be fully research thehuge treasure. Insects natural products in drug discovery including insects andmicrobes research，is currently looking for the development of novel broad-spectrumantibiotics and anticancer substances important resources.
