Objective: To observe the serum levels of CRP、TNF alpha in patients with atrialfibrillation, and the changes of CRP、TNF alpha before and after atorvastatincalcium treatment;to infer that inflammation participate in the onset of atrialfibrillation in process and statin lipid medicine in the suppression of the role ofinflammation;to discuss the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation and the curative effectof atorvastatin calcium treatment of atrial fibrillation.Methods: choose patients with atrial fibrillation96examples(male52examplesand female44examples), age64.0±9.18years old as the experimental group,according to the basic cardiovascular disease are divided into:coronary atheroscleroticheart disease32examples、dilated cardiomyopathy27examples、hypertensive disease21examples、lone atrial fibrillation16example;According to atrial fibrillationcontinued status is divided into: Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation36examples、persistentatrial fibrillation32examples、permanent atrial fibrillation28examples;According tothe left atrium of the inner diameter size is divided into: Left atrium diameter>40mm54examples、 Left atrium diameter≤40mm42examples;Patients with atrialfibrillation in treatment are divided into two groups: one group (48examples) acceptconventional treatments,another group (48examples) based on routine treatment, addwith atorvastatin calcium20mg,once everyday. Choose patients with sinus rhythm80examples in the same period (male46examples and female34examples), age57.8±7.26years old as control group, according to the basic cardiovascular disease aredivided into:coronary atherosclerotic heart disease24examples、 dilatedcardiomyopathy23examples、hypertensive disease20examples、average person13 examples. All are enrolled in hospital on an empty stomach draw blood to measureblood serum CRP, TNF alphaleve in the second day morning,and do color dopplerechocardiography check. All patients with atrial fibrillation again draw blood tomeasure blood serum CRP, TNF alphaleve in treatment for6month.Results:1. Patients with atrial fibrillation the level of CRP, TNF alpha weresignificantly higher than those in the control group of patients with sinusrhythm,P<0.05; The level of CRP, TNF alpha in atrial fibrillation with coronary heartdisease、dilated cardiomyopathy、hypertensive disease were significantly higher thanthose in lone atrial fibrillation, P<0.05; The level of CRP, TNF alpha in coronary heartdisease、dilated cardiomyopathy、hypertensive disease were no difference.2. The level of CRP, TNF alpha in permanent atrial fibrillation were significantlyhigher than those in persistent atrial fibrillation and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,P<0.05; The level of CRP, TNF alpha in persistent atrial fibrillation were significantlyhigher than those in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, P<0.05.3. The level of CRP, TNF alpha in atrial fibrillation with LAD>40mm weresignificantly higher than those in atrial fibrillation with LAD≤40mm, P<0.05; LAD inpermanent atrial fibrillation were significantly higher than those in persistent atrialfibrillation and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, P<0.05; LAD in persistent atrialfibrillation were significantly higher than those in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,P<0.05.4. Atorvastatin calcium treatment compared to conventional treatment in atrialfibrillation, the level of CRP, TNF alpha were significantly lower, P<0.05.5. Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation after treatment, atrial fibrillation incidence again(11.1%)in atorvastatin calcium treatment group were significantly lower than those(38.9%) in conventional treatment, P<0.05;After treatment, the level of CRP, TNFalpha in atrial fibrillation did not happen again were significantly lower than those inatrial fibrillation happen again, P<0.05Conclusion:1.Inflammation factors involved in the pathogenesis of atrialfibrillation.2. The level of CRP, TNF alpha are concerned with Sustaining state of atrial fibrillation, the longer the duration of atrial fibrillation,the higher the level of CRP,TNF alpha.3. Atrial fibrosis and myocardial remodeling alse involved in the occurrence ofatrial fibrillation and maintain, the longer the duration of atrial fibrillation, the greaterthe LAD.4. Statin drugs have anti-inflammatory, they can reduce the inflammation levelsin patients with atrial fibrillation and reduce the incidence and recurrence of atrialfibrillation, they used in the treatment of atrial fibrillation have certain clinicalcurative effect.
