| Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of the umbilical cord mesenchymal stemcells to treat chronic kidney disease. Provide a new treatment method for thetreatment of clinical chronic kidney disease patients.Methods: to select50cases of voluntary of CKD patients those accept the umbilicalcord treatment and to select50patients as control group, the control group andthe stem cell treatment group are similar in terms of the original disease, renaldisease, age, etc. Treatment and control groups were carried out on regularmedication, the treatment group plus umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell therapy.Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment group improved significantlyin patients with urinary protein, serum albumin, total plasma protein, serumcreatinine and eGFR level, the difference reached statistical significance, butno significant difference in the role of uric acid, blood urea nitrogen. |
