AIM:Exploring the influence factors of diagnosis and treatment of esophagealand gastric varices and getting its clinical significance.METHODS:From October,2010to January,2012,40cases selected from148patients,who were intothe standard treatment,were enrolled to study.Some items,like ages、sex、pathogenicfactors、Foundation diseases、Varicose vein location and diameter、red color sign andtreatment regimen、times and so on,were recorded. And then,distinguishing themwith the classification of liver function Child-Pugh(A grade, B grade, C grade)、theseverity of esophageal varices and different treatment. At the same time,determiningtheir portal vein diameter、splenic vein diameter、spleen size and PLT、ALB、TBIL、ALT、Hb、PLT、PT、INR、Cr、BUN,etc. At last,analyzing the statistical significancebetween the various factors and the degree of varicose veins andtreatment.RESULTS:PLT and portal vein diameter(PV) have certain relevance on theevaluation of varicose veins extent(P<0.05).And CPG has positive correlation withEGV(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:PLT、PV and CPG are related to EGV,having theguiding sense in the appraisal esophagus stomach varicosity degree、the forecast riskand the treatment result.
