Objective To discuss on combined spinal-epidural anesthesiafor cesarean section in the infusion of sodium potassium magnesium calciumand glucose injection and its effects on mother and infant and its safety.Method Collected64cases of pregnant women were randomly divided intotwo groups in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean section,34cases in each group. One was group SO which infused sodium potassiummagnesium calcium and glucose injection, the other was group LR whichinfused sodium lactate Ringer’s injection, the infusion speed were both15ml.kg-1.h-1. Systolic blood pressure (SAP), heart rate (HR) and pulseoxygen saturation (SPO2) were monitored before induction anesthesia (T0)and at3minutes(T1),5minutes(T2),10minutes(T3),15minutes(T4) and20minutes(T5) after anesthesia.Arterial blood samples of pregnant womenbefore the infusion of crystalloid fluid(MA1), in infant birth instant(MA2)and at the end of surgery(MA3)and umbilical blood of the newborns(UA)were taken, which all were analysised the value of PH、BE、lactateand blood sugar. And to record Apgar score of the neonate at1minute and5minutes after birth. Results Hemodynamic index of two groupsof pregnant women in operation were no statistical significance. pH、BE and lactate value of two groups of pregnant women before the infusionof crystalloid fluid、in infant birth instant and at the end of surgeryhad no obvious difference in the interior-group and inter-group(P>0.05).pH, BE and lactate value of umbilical blood of the newborns in theinterior-group (P>0.05) were no statistical significance.Maternal blood glucose values showed no significant difference between groups(P>0.05),but which before the infusion of crystalloid fluidt less thanthe end of the operation, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05);there were no statis-tically significant between Apgar score of the neonate at1minute and5minutes (P>0.05).Conclusion In health delivery women with cesareansection,There were both no obvious effect on pH, BE, lactic acid andglucose of arterial blood of maternal and fetal when we used infusion ofsodium potassium magnesium calcium and glucose injection or infusion ofsodium lactate Ringer’s injection which was the most liquid crystals incurrent clinical.
