Results:the third bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells having the typical morphology,which conform to Bmsc unique surface antigenic characteristics. mesenchymal stem cells areextracted by green fluorescent protein mice were intervented for severe acute pancreatitis SDrats, observed the distribution in their main organ, pancreas, intestine, kidney, liver, lungsdistribution are more, and the brain distribution are less.the systemic inflammatory response inrat in injury, after24h reaction obviously, MSCs can modulate SAP rats and the systemicinflammatory response, inhibit inflammatory mediator excessive release of anti-inflammatorymediators, promote the secretion, alleviate brain immune damage, relieve cerebral capillaryleakage, relieve cerebral edema, interposition graft MSCs on brain injury have a certaintherapeutic effect.
