Methods Gettingdiabetic mice caused by intraperitoneal injecting ADM. Using Blood glucosemonitoring devices measure FPG through Tail vein blood, set blood glucosegreater than11.1m mol/L for the successful model mices.The selected micewere divided into control group, model group, turnips water extraction (highand low dose group), turnip ethanol (high and low dose group), turnip etherraised (high and low dose group), positive Group (metformin hydrochloride), Ig1/d, continuous14d, measuring tails blood glucose during the experiment beforemaking model, after the model3d, after treatment7d,14d. After the experiment,mice eyeball blood serum was separated determination of SOD and MDA levels,take and weigh fresh thymus, spleen, calculate organ index.Results: the turnip extracts can significantly reduce mices model of type2diabetes blood sugar, increase their antioxidant activity, reduce lipidperoxidation in diabetic mice thymus growth and development, enhance thebody’s immunity.
