The Comparison Of Clinical Efficacy Between Biliary Endoscopic After The Common Bile Duct Stenosis And Open Surgery

Objective: Discuss the bile duct stenosis of biliary endoscopic therapy clinical value,evaluate endoscopic treatment after biliary the clinical effect of benign bile ductstenosis. The initial establishment of postoperative bile duct stricturein endoscopic treatment of series program-s.It provide a reference for clinicians toselect treatment options.Methods: Select October2009to September2011QingHai University Hospital surgicalhospital patients in our hospital and transferred to our hospital after biliary tractsurgery37cases of patients with narrow bile duct, These patients were checked Bultrasonic、CT routine examination, ERCP or MRCP,diagnosed the extrahepatic bile ductstenosis patients.And the material of the bile duct strictures37cases were performedrespectively endoscopic treatment in patients with (A) groups:26cases, male in11cases, female15cases, at the age of31-70years old, with an average age of46.7years old.The endoscopic treatment (B) groups:11cases, male5cases, female in6patients, and age27-72years old, with an average age of46years old. Follow-up twogroups before and after treatment of patients with liver function index changes, thepostoperative complications times, the efficacy indicators for comparison andanalysis.Results:Two groups of cases in postoperative,the complications are statisticallysignificant difference (P<0.05), preoperative and post-operative patients a week inliver function itself was significant difference,it has no obvious difference comparedwith the control group (P﹥0.05);Two groups was statistically follow-up period is nosignificant difference (P﹥O.05) group A: was92.3%, the group B: was81.8%.Conclusions: Endoscopic treatment bile duct stricture and surgical treatment resultsquite Endoscopic treatment with surgery bile duct stenosis has someadvantages,minimally invasive, patients recover faster,less complications.It is asafe and effective minimally invasive treatment method. Therefore,to satisfy theindications and medical conditions permit,we should from the clinical minimally invasive treat-ment choice angle again.so it can be used as the first postoperativebile duct stenosis therapy. But endoscopic treatment is still not entirely replacesurgical treatment. The combined of two treatment method can be better than anytreatment effect.
