【Objective】To research the feasibility and effectiveness of photoplethysmographic(PPG) on predictionof preeclampsia.Based on the normal and preeclampsia photoplethysmographicanalysis to find the most effective signal parameters, establishing a new method topredict preeclampsia.【Methods】1.698Obsteric outpatient pregnant women of shenzhen’s Hospital from May2011toMarch2012, using HC2180PPG Blood Flow Monitor for detectingphotoplethysmographic of the pregnant women in different gestational weeks.2.On660normal pregnant women in different gestational weeks detected756cases ofsignal parameters ERI and DCTI value according to maternal age and gestational agegroup,then calculating the mean and standard deviation.The data was usedSPSS13.0statistics software two factors and levels of the factorial design and analysisof variance and multiple error bar drawing in normal pregnant women of different age,different gestational weeks trend graph.3.In38cases with preeclampsia pregnant group and38cases of normal pregnantwomen groups according to age, gestational weeks pairing, the obtained signalparameters DCTI and ERI using the SPSS13.0statistics software paired-Samples ttest.Calculated the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the ERI and DCTI value.4.In18cases with preeclampsia pregnant women prenatal and postnatal signalparameters DCTI and ERI using the SPSS13.0statistics software paired-Samples tTest. 【Results】1.This study detected698pregnant women,age in the17-46years old, average29±4.35years old.2.Signal parameter ERI in maternal age group difference has statisticssignificance(P=0.000);signal parameter ERI in maternal gestational week groupdifference has statistics significance (P=0.017); signal parameter DCTI in maternalage group difference has statistics significance(P=0.000); signal parameter DCTI inmaternal gestational week group difference has statistics significance (P=0.000).3.Preeclampsia compared with normal pregnant women signal parameter ERI hassignificant difference(P=0.000); Preeclampsia compared with normal pregnantwomen signal parameter DCTI has significant difference (P=0.000).Signalparameter ERI sensitivity of78.95%, specificity of97.37%, accuracy of88.16%;signal parameter DCTI sensitivity of81.57%, specificity of92.11%, accuracy of86.84%.4.Preeclampsia pregnant women prenatal versus postnatal signal parameters of ERIhas no significant difference (P=0.677); preeclampsia pregnant women prenatalversus postnatal signal parameters of DCTI has no significant difference (P=0.165).【Conclusion】1.To Apply HC2180PPG Blood Flow Monitor for detecting photoplethysmographicfound ERI and DCTI of two signal parameters.2.Application of ERI and DCTI in pregnant women age and gestational weeksundertake an analysis, reach each age period and the gestational weeks’ mean andstandard deviation.3.The photoplethysmographic detects ERI and DCTI of sensitivity, specificity andaccuracy are higher for predicting preeclampsia has a certain value.4.Preeclampsia pregnant women prenatal and postnatal signal parameters ERI andDCTI were not significantly different, explain preeclampsia postpartum short time despite blood pressure, urinary protein returned to normal, but its small vascularspasm, elastic index were not returned to normal, so preeclampsia postpartummonitoring should be caused take seriously.
