Objective: To study the causes and control methods of the earlypostoperative complications of heart transplantations. Methods: We analyzed the clinical data of31patients undergoing orthotopic hearttransplantation surgery in our hospital from June,2007to December,2011. Thefollow-up was made to the31cases for an average of3months.Results: Of all the postoperative cases, there were13cases of pulmonary infection, with most of the pathogens not checked out, but three cases otherwise (one case ofEnterobacter aerogenes infection, one case of Candida albicans infection, and anothercase of mixed infection, namely Klebsiella pneumoniae, Candida albicans); one caseof acute transplant rejection; five cases of right heart dysfunction; four cases of acuterenal failure; one case of intracranial hemorrhage; ten cases of hyperuricemia; All ofthem have good therapeutic effects except for five dead cases of ineffective treatment. Conclusion: Through the analysis of the causes of early postoperative complicationsof heart transplantations, we can prevent the development of complications by makingimmediate diagnosis of postoperative complications and effective treatment toenhance the protection of vital organs, so that we can improve the success rates ofheart transplantations to a large extent.
