Objective Studing the complementary role about detecting the a-L-fucosidase (AFU),carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen CA19-9(CA19-9), serum ferritin (SF) of theAFP negative or AFP low expression in Hepatocellular carcinoma patients to diagnose primary livercancer.Method Detecting the expressive levels of serum AFU, CEA, and CA199, SF of90cases patients(30cases liver cancer、30liver cirrhosis and30cases of healthy people with AFP negative or lowexpressive)by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay to comparise the differences about thesensitivity, specificity and accuracy among these patients.Results The evels of serum AFU, CEA, CA19-9, SF in liver cancer group are higher than thecirrhosis group and the healthy group, Significant difference (P <0.05);The evels of serum AFU,CEA, CA19-9, SF in liver cirrhosis group are higher than the healthy group, Significant difference (P<0.05); By Individually detecting,the positive rates of serum AFU, SF among liver cancer patientsare significantly higher than the non-HCC group (P <0.05); The sensitivity of AFU and thespecificity of CEA is highest In individually detecting; The sensitivity and accuracy of AFU and SFis highest beween the joint detections; The sensitivity and accuracy of AFU、CA19-9and SF ishighest mong the detections; sensitivity and accuracy is highest in different joint detecting among the4factors, but the specificity decreased.Conclusion The positive rate of AFU、SF among Liver cancer patients by single detectingCompareing to Non-Liver cancer group is statistically significant, that prompts AFU, SF is a morevaluable indicator to diagnose liver cancer. The sensitivity of AFU and the specificity of CEA ishighest In individually detecting; The sensitivity and accuracy of AFU and SF is highest beween thejoint detections; The sensitivity and accuracy of AFU、CA19-9and SF is highest among thedetections; sensitivity and accuracy is highest in different joint detecting among the4factors, but the specificity decreased. When AFP is negative or low concentration, Its sensitivity lows In individuallydetecting, the sensitivity can improved by jointing detecting. The study demonstrates detecting the4factors simultaneously Can significantly improve positive rate of liver cancer patients with AFPnegative or low, reduce the rate of misdiagnosis, and have better complementary role.
