In this paper, it used electron microscopy and 31P-MRS system to analyze the infect of Medium intensity training to AMD bodies in skeletal muscle, energy metabolism, assess the effects of the training, made a further discussing to the the contact training effect between Electron microscopy and 31P-MRS ,provided a noninvasive, reliable test tools to the evaluation of training effects and prevention of injury.In the Experiments, adult male wistar rats were divided into 3 groups randomly,the 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks conducted moderate intensity treadmill training. After the training period, 16 rats were selected to anesthesia and pick the rat right quadriceps immediately after exercising for 15min, 30m/min,eight for 31P-MRS examination, eight for electron microscopy.The quadriceps ultrastructure injury immediately after the exercise of 2 weeks is the most serious under the Electron microscopy,4 weeks, 6 weeks exercise group have significant difference compared with other groups, 4, 6 week exercise groups were not significantly different. 31P-MRS examination showed that ATP exercise group and control group have no significant difference. The PI, PI/PCR, PI/ATP of 4, 6 week exercise group was significantly higher than other groups during the recovery period, the PCR, PCR/ATP of 4, 6 week exercise group was significantly lower than 2 week exercise group and the control group. 4 weeks, 6 weeks exercise group have significant difference compared with 2 weeks exercise group, there was no significant difference between 4 weeks and 6 weeks exercise group.It is concluded that the quadriceps ultrastructural of different rats occurred adaptive changes immediately after moderate-intensity training period, the injury degree of 2 weeks exercise group was maximum, the mitochondrial cristae 4 weeks, 6 weeks exercise group were increased and the structure were integrity, but 4 weeks, 6 weeks exercise group have no significant difference changes, it indicated that different training cycle in rats produced different training effect. The PI, PCR, PI / PCR, PI / ATP, PCR / ATP of exercise group were better than the control group immediately after the different period of moderate-intensity training, the values of 4 weeks, 6 weeks exercise group were better than other groups, there have no significantly change between 4 and 6 weeks exercise group. The research showed that the energy metabolism of the exercise group was adaptively changed, the different moderate-intensity exercise training periods in rats produced different training effect with 31P-MRS examination, 31P-MRS examination can be used to assess training effects accurately, noninvasively, and quantitatively. In the experiments, 31P-MRS technology was used to get characteristics of energy metabolism in skeletal muscle in different exercise training periods, the energy metabolism of muscle fiber damage in rats after training was still higher by electron microscopy observation. It will need a further study for how much impact the damage made to the body energy metabolism, for what extent appears the decompensation of energy and critical point.
