The soybean (Glycine max L.) is one of our country and the world’s widely cultivated cropvarieties.Reasonable plant height is an important indicator of the to measure a soybean varietyadvantages and disadvantages, dwarf plant type has characteristics not only lodging, disease and insectresistance, high seed setting rate, but also can obtaine higher yield through rational close planting.Sodwarf soybean resources has always been considered an excellent germplasm resources. Soybean thedwarfing trait and developmental regulation,as well as for cultivating excellent of soybean dwarfvarieties and to improve the efficiency of the world’s soybean production has a very importantsignificance.Nearly a decade of study on expansion found that,it participates in the regulation of plantgrowth and development, such as, cell growth, leaf primordia generation, pollen tube infiltration, fruitmaturation, cell wall degradation, growth and germination of seeds, etc,it also react to flooded, light, drought stress. But the relationship with the dwarf and are rare reported, therefore, this study is putsoybean dwarf gene expansion GmEXPA4transformed Arabidopsis.Study the biologicalcharacteristics,Anatomy and molecular biology of transformed Arabidopsis, providing a theoretical basisfor regulation mechanism to reveal the soybean expansion GmEXPA4gene.The main results were summarized as follows:1.Transformed arabidopsis by inflorescence infection method, acquire resistant plants thattransferred expansion GmEXPA4gene,PCR positive rate above90%.2.Arabidopsis plants transformed expansion GmEXPA4gene biological characteristicsobservations show that:plants that transformed the expansion GmEXPA4gene,which internode lengthand leaf size, length, number are all less than the wild-type plants; The average number of flower budsof transgenic plants is less than the wild-type, reaching significant difference level;Transgenic plantsand wild-type plants average infructescence length little difference, the performance no difference;Thenumber of infructescence pod and average number of seeds of transformed plants are more than the wildtype, reaching the level of significant difference.3.Arabidopsis plants transformed expansion GmEXPA4gene anatomy observation shows that:Thecell wall thickness of stems and leaves of transgenic plants that transformed expansion GmEXPA4geneis greater than the wild-type plant, though calculatedthe, thickness of leaves′cell wall increase of104.76%,stem cell wall thickness increase of58.43%.4.Arabidopsis plants transformed expansion GmEXPA4gene Real-time PCR test results show that:Expansion GmEXPA4gene in arabidopsis roots, stems, leaves are in a state of overexpression.
