In this study, characters of72rose varieties were observed in the International Rose TestStation (Shenzhen Station), and to study their adaptability in Shenzhen weather conditions.Preliminary Mathematic Classification of and in the study of their morphological characteristicsunder high temperature conditions change, then be verified from the physiological and biochemicalaspects of heat-resistant varieties. Provide a theoretical basis for the rose varieties resourcesdevelopment and garden applications, as well as evaluating the heat capacity. The study results areas follows:1. Determination index of28characters coding emperor component analysis: the firstprincipal component reflects the external morphology of the plant growth habit and floral organs isan important basis for classification of the Rose, in the second principal component, the size of thepetals, plant height, branches right and wrong, the prickly state and the number of prick loadcapacity is higher, illustrate these characters is more important in the Rose classification. Branchescolor, morphology of little leaf, jagged along the leaf, fragrance of flower, petal shape, relativehigh and low of maypole and anther, disease resistance in the first three principal components oftotal load capacity below0.5, showing a small contribution to the classification.2. The variable clustering index of28characters (R clustering) analysis showed that:characters are divided into different groups, plant morphological, floral organs, leaves and othercharacters showing a strong relationship in the group. Growth habit and branching angle, pedunclelength and peduncle upright accompanied occurred because they have a higher level of relevance,and the length and the width of the top leaf, pedicels villous pedicels other characters of relevanceis also strong, floral organs and the character of leaves characters also basic synchronizationchanges. In addition, the branches color, fragrance of flower and the number of leaves have a poorcorrelation with other characters, basic no pattern, small contribution to the classification. Analysis on the result can be preliminary reached:‘ORAgofe’ and‘MEIpomolo’ is the best heat resistance varieties, and the ‘LAPjari’ and ‘LAPjau’ have poor heatresistance ability.5. Physiological characteristics: According the Morphological determine,choose the best,medium, the worst heat resistance three rose varieties from seven rose varieties, place them inhigh temperature treatment in the Artificial Climate Box. Further verify that the heat resistantvarieties from physiological and biochemical aspects. Be drawn:(1) Leaf relative water content determination that: all varieties of leaf relative water contentdecreases with the treatment time, heat resistance among varieties showed:‘MEIlomit’,‘ORAgofe’ almost the same,‘LAPjau’ heat resistant weak.(2) Results of membrane permeability determination show that: Conductivity and MDAcontent of the three varieties significantly increased after heat treatment, indicating that the hightemperature leading to peroxide and the cell membrane permeability increases. The order of threevarieties of the heat resistance is ‘ORAgofe’>‘MEIlomit’>‘LAPjau’.(3) The content of free proline determination: The content of free proline significantlyaccumulated in the high temperature treatment of the three varieties, there are significantdifferences between the varieties, Shows influence of high temperature on the Osmotic Adjustmentsubstances produced within the cell.‘MEIlomit’ accumulated the most, followed by ‘ORAjofe’,‘LAPjau’ accumulated a minimum, the order of heat resistance:‘ORAgofe’>‘MEIlomit’>‘LAPjau’.(4) Determination of chlorophyll content: The results showed that the chlorophyll content ofall varieties showed a downward trend in the high temperature treatment, as the extend of processing time, the greater the decline. The largest decline one is ‘LARjau’, poor resistance. Thechange of ‘ORAgofe’ is least, followed by ‘MEIlomit’, indicates that the heat treatment causes therose leaf chlorophyll content decreased, The chlorophyll content decline significantly of weakervarieties of resistance. The order of heat resistance:‘ORAgofe’>‘MEIlomit’>’ LAPjau’.
