The unique genetic background and metabolic pathway of the mangrove organisms due to the special ecological environment of the Mangrove forest,and its metabolites own the characteristics of diverse structure types,complex skeleton novel,diverse biological activities.etc.The study of mangrove microorganism active substances has developed into an important way of developing Marine microorganism resources and looking for the lead compounds of natural medicine.This paper mainly about the preliminary study on the antimicrobial activity of the50strains of medicinal mangrove rhizosphere soil of symbiotic fungi and endophytic fungi of the Hongguang-village of Guangdong-yangjiang mangrove forest,and study on secondary metabolites of fungi which with good antimicrobial activity.50strains were isolated from the medicinal plants of roots、stems、leaves、bark and the soil samples of the plant rhizosphere in15~20cm of Aegiceras corniculata、Kandelia cande、white lotus、Bruguiera cylindrica and Acanthus ilicifolius.16strains of biological activity metabolites screened from the antimicrobial activity experiment by E.coli、Staphyloccocus aureus、Micrococcus luteus、Salmonella、Bacillus subtilis and White staphylococcus.The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) value and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) value of extracts fom Ethyl acetate were determinated,16strains with good antimicrobial activity were screened.On this basis, preliminary screening of the fungi secondary metabolic structure type,with the method of thin layer chromatography(TLC),strains of HN7-3D were expand trainded.With the guide of antimicrobial activity. Three active compounds were isolated from HN7-3D and seven compounds were isolated from strains of HN6-3B with the methods of silica gel column chromatography ODS and chromatographic.They were1.3.8-trihydrox yanthracene-9.10-dione(4-1).1,3,8-trihydroxy-6-methylanthracene-9.10-dione(4-2),1,3,8-tr ihydroxy-6-(2-hydroxypropyl)anthracene-9,10-dione(4-3),1,8-dihydroxy-3-(hydroxymeth yl)anthracene-9.10-dione(4-4),4-methoxyphenol (4-5),(4-methoxyphenl) methanol (4-6).Er gosterol peroxide(4-7).
