Facilities agriculture is a kind of agricultural production technology which isdeveloping with a high degree of intensification as the breakthrough of agriculturalenvironmental engineering breakthrough in recent years. Greenhouses is the mostimportant kind of facility agriculture, It provides the most appropriate factor for cropgrowth such as temperature, humidity, light, water and fertilizer for crop growth, bymaking use of the specific structure and performance facilities to regulate and control thelocal scope of environmental factors to achieves the purpose of high-quality, high-yieldingand efficient. Currently, the systems in our facilities mainly use computer as the centralcontroller, but it takes up a larger space to install, inconvenient to install and carry and itsprice is expensive. Artificial data and cable transmission are used in greenhouseenvironment parameters acquisition part which cannot meet the requirements of fineremote control in accurately facility agriculture. Control part usually uses the computerwhich occupies a larger space, spends more and operates inconveniently.The greenhouses embedded controller based on the technology of wireless sensornetworks is designed in this thesis. The controller uses the wireless sensor which is basedon CC2430and the ARM board as hardware, Linux、Qt、SQlite as software. The embeddedcontroller has the characteristics of Wireless transmission, stable operation, friendlyinterface which has used multi-threading, database and cross compiler technology. Theembedded controller is composed by data acquisition part and core controller part.Thedata acquisition part of the controller achieves real-time data collection and accuratetransmission in greenhouse, the core controller part of the controller achieves real-timedisplay, storage, images drawing, historical data query, real-time video and equipmentcontrol. The produced controller both meets the wireless transmission, simple and practical,inexpensive need but also ensures the accuracy of monitoring data, the rationality of thecontrol method.Experiment was conducted in the laboratory and some greenhouse in ZhangYi County, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. The experiments show that the controller hascompleted the required function, achieved their goals of safe, convenient operation,real-time, versatility and economy.
