| Experiments studied the appropriate formula and processing technology of a15%Mesotrione dispersed oil suspensions (OD), and preliminary applications in sweet corn fields, explored the sensitivity difference of19different sweet corn varieties to the Mesotrione, especially Wan sweet2000as the representative,was conducted regional two-year efficacy trials in the Jilin and Anhui two representatives respectively. That was to determine the optimal dosage and method of use in actual agricultural extensiona reliable basis, to provide foundations for the safe production of maize. The experimental results are as follows。1. formulation development and process of15%Mesotrione dispersed oil suspensions. Through the screening of solvents, emulsifiers, additives, stabilizers, thickeners, finalized the corn oil as solvent,with the castor oil emulsifiers, processing the Mesotrione OD, on the basis of technology innovation.The product particle size≤3micro achieved95%or more, the suspension rate≥95%, formed the formation of a dispersed suspension system.This is the Mesotrione in the dispersion medium of non-water system forming of highly dispersed, stable suspension system. It met the specification requirements of China’s pesticide suspension after had been tested and qualified.The formula improve the effective utilization rate of the original drug ingredient in the preparation,enhanced the physical stability and biological activity of the products, and also was conducive to the efficacy of the play.2. the sensitivity of different sweet corn varieties to Mesotrione are very different. In the19kinds of sweet corn varieties tested, fresh weight reduction of Jintian878up to the largest,the inhibitory rate was62.7%; fresh weight inhibition rate of Wantian1, Zhongtian8,Zhongtian2was slightly lower than Jintian878, respectively as59.2%,57.5%,52.6%; In the sweet corn Jintian6, CAU413, Lutian1,Lutian2, Wantian2000, the fresh weight inhibition rate was low, a minimum of12.3%. Inhibition of plant height in Wantian2000is the lowest,only9.2%. It had normal leaves and no phytotoxicity produce. Inhibition in Ketian111,CAU413, Tianyu6were higher than Wantian2000. Most of the sweet corn varieties were security to the Mesotrione, we can promote the use of agriculture.3. Efficacy of15%Mesotrione dispersed oil suspensionson in different regions. Wantian2000as a example,studied the comparison test of efficacy in Anhui and Jilin in the year2010and2011. we could see that the Mesotrione Control Amaranthus retroflexus〠Acalypha Feather Cockscomb Kochia scoparia and other broad-leaved hybridgrass mainly, effectively controled pigweed, the garland hempcocklebur, and other dicotyledonous weeds, grass weeds such as crabgrass, Setaria also had a good control effect, but the control of broadleaf weeds was more effective than the grass weeds. With the Mesotrione at the rate of127.5-150g/ha, the weed control effect was better than9%Mesotrione control group, and compared to destructive dose of255g/ha the control effect,it did not differ significantly. It had no adverse effects to Corn emergence, plant height, leaf color and yield, so the best dose was127.5-150g per hectare, in the more grass weeds test, may be appropriate to increase the dose. |
