The Effect Of Deferent Culture Media On The Niutrition And Quality Of Agaricus Bisporus

Abstract/Summary:
It has been studied on the effect of a new type of culture medium called “Wheat Manure” No.2on Agaricus bisporus’s quality in this dissertation, so as to study the feasibility and to find the best ratio of “Wheat Manure” No.2for cultivating Agaricus bisporus, and provide some good ideas for the development of Agaricus bisporus’s production. Using the traditional grass fecal cultivation material as a comparison, the experiment was set up six treatments A, B, C, D, E and CK, respectively30%,50%,60%,70%,80%and100%“Wheat Manure” No.2, and each treatment three repeat. Research was carried out on effects of different levels “Wheat Manure” No.2on Agaricus bisporus mycelia growth, the fruitbody growth, fruitbody nutritional quality, productivity, biological efficiency and economic efficiency. The results can be summarized as follows:(1)Mycelia growth were strong and growth rate was the fastest reached6.5mm/d while water content65%, mycelium growth was placed in the middle while water content60%and70%, mycelium growth was poor while water level of55%and75%. The best ratio water content was65%for mycelium grew in “Wheat Manure” No.2, and with the increasing or decreasing of water content, it has been shown weakening trend in the growth of mycelia.(2) Mycelia growth was better in the culture medium with60%“Wheat Manure” No.2and the grass fecal, mycelia growth speed was the fastest reached9mm/d in the culture medium, the mycelia growth speed was the second only to CK reached8.6mm/d in60%“Wheat Manure” No.2, but having the strongest growth potentiality. Mycelia growth was poor with the30%and100%“Wheat Manure” No.2, the other treatments were normal. It was shown that the appropriate proportion“Wheat Manure” No.2were helpful to strengthen the mycelia growth potentiality and to fasten growth rate.(3) The fruitbody density was the bigest in100%“Wheat Manure” No.2reached6.2g/ml,the second were the treatments with50%and70%“Nongjiao Soil” No.2. The fruitbody in the grass fecal culture medium was good, but its density in lower level. It was showns that “Wheat Manure” No.2has no significant effects on fruitbody of Agaricus bisporus, but appropriate amount of “Wheat Manure” No.2 has significantly improved the density of fruitbody.(4) The fruitbody, with60%“Wheat Manure” No.2, had the highest protein content and the best nutritional quality fruitbody, but the lowest fat content, carbohydrate, rough celluse and ash content of the middle. The fruitbody, in the grass fecal culture medium, had the second protein content, but the highest fat content. The fruitbody with30%and100%“Wheat Manure” No.2had the worst protein content. The rest of the fruitbody had the middle level of quality. It was shown that appropriate amount of“Wheat Manure” No.2has significantly improved the nutritional quality of fruitbody.(5) The culture medium with60%“Wheat Manure” No.2had the highest yield, biological efficiency and the highest production ratio, respectively6.55kg/m2,47.14%and4.73. It is42.5%higher yields than the control, and biological efficiency and economic efficiency increased by22.4%and48.7%. With50%“Wheat Manure” No.2, the culture effect was better, with30%and100%“Wheat Manure” No.2the culture were not well, the other treatments had substantial economic benefits. It was shown that appropriate ratio of “Wheat Manure” No.2can significantly increase the production of Agaricus bisporus, biological efficiency and economic benefits.
