| Cultivated land is not only the essence of the land but also the most importantresource of agricultural production. It has been more than thirty years since the secondsoil census, which did not evaluate the quality of cultivated land because of the restrictedconditions and caused the negative situation that our gvernment did not master thesituation of land quality clearly and agricultural production was lack of desicion-makingbasis. As the influence of environmental conditions and human factor to cultivated land,the quantity, quality and soil fertility conditions of cultivated land has changed greatly. Inorder to realize the sustainable development of population, resources and environment, itis necessary to take investigation and research on the productivity and soil properties ofcultivated land. The national standard of evaluation technology of survey on cultivatedland productivity has formed by pilot work, and the work of investigating and evaluatingthe productivity of cultivated land started in2002.However,as the regionality andcomplexity of the evaluative objects, there still remains many problems need to beimproved, which caused the evaluation process is irregular and the result is not unified.This thesis comes from the soil and fertilizer testing project of agriculture department,taking Anhui province for example, as the data source of different county is different, andthe data accuracy is not the same,this article make specification of the data source andlayer source of the Information Management System of County Cultivated LandResources. There are many method to evaluate the productivity of cultivated land and theresult of different method is not same, in order to eliminate the differences caused byhuman and make the evaluation results more unified, the method of evaluating cultivatedland productivity has been regulated in this article, Analytic hierarchy process (AHP)andTearle process are taken to establish the evaluation index of cultivated land productivity,and the evaluation of cultivated land productivity has been finished by using the fuzzymathematics method and combining the qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluationaccording to the Information Management System of County Cultivated Land Resourcesof Yangzhou. To avoid the data confusion, this article has taken spatial data and attributedata to the norm,and the elements for drawing are also be regulated.As the evaluation of cultivated land productivity is irregular, this article choose theresult of evaluation of cultivated land productivity of Guzhen county and Yongqiaoregion in Anhui province, combining the two counties by using GIS software and theresult picture of evaluation of cultivated land productivity of boundary regions. While there are no apparent differences in climate conditions, geographical location andartificial factor,the result of evaluation of cultivated land productivity in boundaryregions should be same. By contrasting the result of evaluation of cultivated landproductivity in Guzhen county and Yongqiao region, it is found that the grade of landproductivity in two adjacent area has a large difference, this thesis compares and analysisthe reasons and proposes the corresponding solution. |
