| With the development of human civilization and animal health, the considering on how to deal with the relationship between human and animals is deeply involved. Then animal welfare ethics came into being, and is recognized by international community unanimously.At present animal welfare ethics has been the world widely accepted, the implementation of animal welfare has become a consensus in the world. Although the protection of animals is involved in some our nation legislations, but these are far from the level of animal welfare. Therefore, the issue on how to construct the systems on animal welfare which is suitable for China’s national conditions has been a matter of urgent doubt.The Australia have many successful experiences in animal welfare being the country of earlier practice on animal welfare, has been promoting the development of international animal welfare.In this study substance and elements of Australian animal. welfare law in force have been extracted and summarized in this study, and then comparative study between Australian and China of Animal Welfare law have been conducted, thus Conclude the relevant comments and suggestions on animal welfare laws in China and idea of constructing frame-work of animal welfare laws in China. |
