| In the research, the constructive plants in Inner Mongolia Oerhtossu Plateau, Caragana species, were used to investigate diversity of Arbuscular Mycorrhiza Fungi (AMF). The distribution of rhizosphere AMFs in Caragana plants was investigated by wet-screened hectares of chromatography-sucrose centrifugation, and the effect of different plant species to AMF infection in the Caragana was analyzed by using the method of Phillips staining. Statistical analysis for infectious rates of AMF to Caragana plants in different habitats was performed, and distribution feature of AMF in the desert area was evaluated, to further explore its on Oerhtossu Plateau Caragana plants in the area of living the role played by providing the theory basis, the results are as follows:1.34species of AMFs in6genera were isolated from8of Caragana species collected from4sampling sites.2. Relative Abundance (RA) of Glomus was highest among the isolated34species of AMFs in each sampling site, the following is Acaulospora.3. Caragana plant species had important influences on species diversity of AMF. The C.intermedia showed the highest Shannon index (2.85). The C.korshinskii showed the highest Simpson index (0.93), among the8of Caragana species. While the two indices in C.stenophylla were lowest(1.64and0.78).4. In Zhuozishan, Glomus etunicatum was the dominant species; while Acaulospora undulate was the dominant species in Qianlishan;5. The rhizosphere spore density of C.roborovskyi in Al walled Cave Temple was8.8cfu/50g, which was more lower than that of14.2cfu/50g in Otog Front Banner.6. The results showed that symbiotic relationship was excellent between Caragana and AMF, and AMF diversity in Caragana was rich in Oerhtossu Plateau. |
