In2009, tobacco root knot nematode disease incidence was analyzed and recorded though monitoring the growth and decline trends of the second instar larvae in the soil of the21points on tobacco-growing areas from Mengsa town Gengma county of Yunnan Province, In2009~2010, the field trials were conducted to study the control effect of biological source preparation, as the "Hongtuyun" organic fertilizer,11kinds of chemicals and biological organic fertilizer strain as3%Furadan, and RW4biological chemical, which against tobacco root knot nematode. The results show that:1) There was a certain regularity that tobacco root-knot nematodes showed in the soil, generally showed several peaks.30days after transplanting,2nd instar larvae increase in a large number to a peak. About40-60days after transplanting was the Second peak that the initial infection of the root-knot nematode mature breeding first generation of the peak, the population density of surge2) KRK26’s resistance on the root-knot nematode was significantly different on K326, the cultivation of resistant varieties was the feasible method to resist knot nematode disease3) The number of primary infection on tobacco root-knot nematode will have a significant impact on development of breeding trends, especially in K326,which is susceptible cultivar. There is a clear correlation on the extent of root-knot nematode disease occurrence.4) Soil type, the predecessor of the ebb have significant influence on the root-knot nematode larvae, dynamically rotation can reduce the number of root-knot nematode, mitigate its damage.5)The organic fertilizer "Hongtuyun"in comparison with other tested Bio-medicaments for preventing effect is slightly better, but with the other tested agents, which had no significant difference;6)3%Furadan,5%o"Kenbanglinexianzun",2%"Xianyashuangwei","Xiandi"powder and water, etg, which for testing chemicals against root knot nematodes have certain inhibition;7)The effect of RW biological organic fertilizer and "Miaogenjian " biological agents to control tobacco root knot nematode disease performed better. |
