Through three experiments, i.e., planting the tobacco at different altitudes, at different transplanting time, and Black Shank disease prevention, this article mainly aims at studying the adaptability of the KRK26Flue-cured tobacco planted in Tonghai District of Yuxi City so that such key techniques as suitable transplanting time and Black Shank disease prevention can be made clear, thus providing scientific guidance for popularizing the KRK26in Tonghai District. Results have been achieved as follows,Ⅰ. In Tonghai, the KRK26grows better at an altitude between1415meters and1800meters.Ⅱ. In Tonghai, the transplanting time of the KRK26can be moved up, better on April30.Ⅲ. Experiments also show that:In Tonghai, the KRK26can be easily affected by Black Shank disease. So in order to achieve better Black Shank prevention effect, we need to obey the rotation rules seriously, and do some chemical control in time, supplemented at the same time by physical control and other control methods for integrated management.
