| The experiment was completed in Guizhou Fuquan,which as:Various concentrations of PEG, gibberellins and KNO3were conducted in vitro to induce the germination of tobacco cv. Nanjiang3. Six different time treatments were presented for each chimecal. All seeds were re-dried, and coated after the induction. The germination ratio of tobacco seeds in cultivation cabinet and in seedbed and in low temperature conditions, and roots accumulation of tobacco seedlings were also experimented. Water and un-induced treatments were the control. Results presented that the most efficacy treatment of PEG was tobacco seeds treated with10%PEG for24h, however, PEG had no use when under low temperature. KNO3could be used at lower concentration of2.5%. Most efficacy treatment of gibberellins for both in seedbed and in low temperature was that tobacco seeds treated as50mg/L for24h. For combination use of gibberellins and PEG, the treatment was50mg/L gibberellins with30%PEG for28h. There was no promotion effect for combination of gibberellins and PEG when at low temperature. |
