Study On The New Technology Application Effect On Tobacco Cutting And Rebaking And Its Problem

In order to promote leaf cutting and rebaking quality of tobacco in our country, based on the current status of cutting leaf and rebaking technology, the situation of production line of technology equipment in our country, we focus on the problem in processing tobacco pendulum model formula and removing impurity.Thesis adopt new technology—automobile formula and air separation, and analyze its effect.The main result shows:1、Under the same situation,tobacco leaf quantity processed by pendulum model formula, its Chemical composition test results shows:maximum and minimum of total sugar,reducing sugar and nicotine repectively are4.88%、3.75%、0.97%; its fluctuation range are16.00%～20.88%,10.11%～13.86%～2.41%～3.20%.Tobacco leaf chemical composition fluctuate heavily,and date is poor-stability. Tobacco leaf processed by automobile formula system,its Chemical composition test results shows: maximum and minimum of total sugar,reducing sugar and nicotine respectively are1.84%、1.74%～0.34%; its fluctuation range are17.22%～19.00%10.87%～12.61%.2.71%～3.05%.Tobacco leaf Chemical composition fluctuate lightly and date in stability range.2、The upper tobacco leaf rate removed impurity by the air separation equipment is0.88%more than that without removing impurity by the air separation equipment; the central tobacco leaf rate increase by0.96%and under tobacco leaf rate increase by1.11%.The total weight of removed impurity from kg total processing weight is76.06kg, The air separation equipment to eliminate sundry is5.25kg, accounting for6.90%of the total remove sundries.
