Vegetation is the areas of natural and geographical factors which is based on certain surface environment elements of configuration. Through studying the changing rule of environmental factors for Horqin sand under different surface conditions of vegetation, it has important ecological significance to reveal sand evolution mechanism of surface environment under the influence of semi-arid vegetation. In arid and semi-arid land desertification areas, it could effectively change the intensity of soil evaporation, also make the changes of surface environmental factors flat, and improve the mechanical components of sand to plant pine sand-fixation forest in a suitable density; which also provided a favorable basis for future research. This research is to observe the cycle of soil moisture for Pinus sylvestris forest, to study the vegetation succession and the recession. Through the study of water balance, soil water redistribution and soil evaporation for Liaoning Northwest Pinus sylvestris sand-fixing soil forest, it analyzed the pine forest soil hydrological characteristics. The results show that pine forest soil moisture is influenced by climate, site conditions, vegetation and other factors. The forest inner is that good canopy density, surface temperature low, the total surface receiving less solar radiation, less moisture evaporation than the grass soil or agricultural land. However, forest vegetation transpiration intensity is much larger than grass land or agricultural land, soil moisture outflow of Pinus sylvestris forests transpiration accounted for82.8%, which has a great impact for forest soil moisture. Too high Wood density, too much transpiration volume is the main reason due to soil water deficit.
