The study was conducted to determine optimum ratio activity of the α-galactosidasewhich hydrolyzed the corn-soybean meal based diets in varying levels using digestion device invitro to imitate nutrients digestion in broiler.Under the condition of the corn-soybean meal baseddiets in different degrees in the broiler diet, research the effect of α-galactosidase which are the bestlevel provided by in vitro addition in corn-soybean meal based diets on productionperformance, nutrient metabolic rate, digestion enzyme activity, serum biochemical parametersimmune function and intestinal microflora digestive tract weight in broilers.1. Study on Screening of α-galactosidase Hydrolyzed Corn-soybean meal based Diet in Vitroin broilersThis study was conducted to test the effects of α-galactosidase through measuring the levels ofthe net reducing sugar production quantity in five levels of the α-galactosidase which hydrolyzedthe corn-soybean meal based diets in varying levels applying digestion device in vitro to imitatenutrients digestion in broiler,in order to establish the quantitive relationship between α-galactosidase level and corn-soybean meal based diets. The results showed that:the appropriatedietary α-galactosidase levels were0.10g/kg.2. Study on the effects of supplementation α-galactosidase in the corn soybean meal based dietsin Broilers360Arbor Acres (AA) broilers at the age of1d were selected and divided into5treatments with6replicate of12chicks in each replicate.5treatments were supplemented with0、0.05、0.10、0.15and0.20g/kg α-galactosidase in the basal diets respectively. The results were as follows:1) Effects of α-galactosidase on growth performance and apparent metabolic rate of broilers. The result showed that supplemental α-galactosidase levels of0.10、0.15、0.20g/kg influencedsignificantly daily gain during1~21d、1~42d (P<0.05),and ruduced significantly feed/gain during1-42d (P <0.05). The result showed that the addition of α-galactosidase to the corn-soybean mealdiet had improved metabolizable energy (P <0.05)and utilization of nutrients in diet. 2) Effects of α-galactosidase on gastrointestinal activity and intestinal microbes and relatedmechanism broilers. The result showed that supplemented with α-galactosidase increased theavailability bacterium of intestinal and decreased the deleterious bacterium of intestinal(p<0.05).3) Effects of α-galactosidase on blood biochemical indicator and immune function of broilers. The result showed that supplemental α-galactosidase levels of0.10,0.15,0.20g/kg ruduced TC、TG、LDL-C(p>0.05), and increased TB(P <0.05). HDL-C、ALB and in treatment supplemented withα-galactosidase increased compared to control group and increased immune organ index, but nosignificant difference exist. The diets added with α-galactosidase could increased the immunityfunction. the diets added with α-galactosidase could respectively increased of the slaughter rate、semi-rate、the whole-rate、BMY and Leg muscle rate.4) In conclusion: The result showed that supplemental0.1g/kg α-galactosidase can obviouslyimprove growth performance, nutrient metabolic rate, digestion enzyme activity, serum biochemicalparameters immune function in the corn soybean meal based diets in Broilers.
