In2009and2010,243samples were extracted from153monitoring points in Liangshan, Panzhihua, Dazhou, Sichuan Luzhoufour tobacco regions, samples were from B2F, C3F and X2F81each.Using partial least squares regression (PLS) and gray correlation methodanalysised appearance quality, chemical composition, aroma substances,organic acids and the relationships between sensory quality and thelatitude and longitude of Sichuan tobacco, the results showed that:1.The color of Sichuan tobacco are all in lemon and orange group,but in the middle of orange lower level, maturity was in the middle of themature grades, blade structure was loose, identity was slightly thinner,there was oil but not much, color is slightly strong, maturity, theoil.maturity and identity of orange tobacco was to be further improved.Color of Middle leaf was highly positive correlated with longitude;oil and chroma of upper leaf was highly negative correlation with thelatitude and longitude, middle leaf oil and latitude was highly negativecorrelation; other performance indicators from upper leaves, middleleaves and lower leaves appearance quality were not significant correlation with the latitude and longitude.Among appearance quality evaluation indexes, maturity and thelongitude and latitude were the biggest in the grey relational degree,relational order was maturity, leaf color, structure, identity, chroma, oil.The latitude and longitude had a relatively close relationship with leafmaturity and color of tobacco.2. Sichuan tobacco chemical components generally show chemicalcomposition of total sugar, reducing sugar, starch in the site changes werelarger, total nitrogen changes small, nicotine, potassium and chlorinecontent in various parts of the performance inconsistency. Tobacco totalsugar, reducing sugar, starch content varied greatly, and the total nitrogencontent of small amplitude.Sichuan tobacco District of nicotine and longitude and showed ahigh positive correlation, potassium, potassium chloride and latitude washighly positive correlation; middle leaf potassium content was highlycorrelated with longitude, lower leaf total nitrogen and latitude showed ahighly positive correlation; Sichuan tobacco District of total sugar,reducing sugar were and the latitude and longitude was highly negativecorrelation, sugar/nicotine and nitrogen alkali ratio and longitude washighly negative correlation, chlorine and latitude was highly negativecorrelation; the upper lobe and middle leaf starch and latitude was highlynegative correlation of lower leaves, sugar/nicotine ratio and thenitrogen base is negatively correlated with latitude; Sichuan in tobacco leaf chemical components of other indicators and the latitude andlongitude correlation were not significant.In longitude and latitude and tobacco chemical component indexeswith maximum correlation order for reducing sugar, reducing sugar, totalsugar, total nitrogen>K> N> sugar nicotine ratio of alkali alkali ratio>Cl> K/Cl.3.Sichuan smoke tobacco neutral aroma constituents in differentlatitude and longitude, difference are bigger, the variation ofphenylalanine maximum (43.34%), the difference between differentlongitude and latitude of the most unstable; carotenoids times (40.77%),brown reaction product class of the smallest coefficients of variation(27.70%), relatively stable.Sichuan tobacco District of neophytadiene and neutral aromacomponents of gross and latitude was highly positive correlation; brownreaction product, and class cembrane type of aroma constituents andlongitude was highly negative correlation; neutral aroma components ofother ingredients and the latitude and longitude correlation were notsignificant.In longitude and latitude and neutral aroma constituents of tobaccoleaves during indexes to brown reaction product, maximum, minimumcorrelation order for phenylalanine, brown reaction product category>neutral aroma substance> neophytadiene> carotenoids> class ofcembrane type> phenylalanine class. 4.Sichuan tobacco District of volatile organic acid, organic acid andtotal content of organic acid on average respectively14.23μg.g-1,40.40μg.g-1and54.62μg.g-1. Sichuan organic acid content intobacco leaf under different longitude and latitude, differences are large,the coefficient of variation from big to small order of volatile organic acid> non volatile organic acid, organic acids.Volatile organic acid, organic acid and total content of organic acidand longitude was highly correlated with the latitude, the correlation wasnot significant.The longitude and latitude and leaf organic acid indicators of greycorrelation degree to total organic acids, the correlation order for the totalorganic acid content of non volatile organic acid>> volatile organic acid.5.upper Ye Xiang temperament changes in18.4-13.43scores,changes in72.61-55.05. Central Ye Xiang temperament changes in18.58-12.22scores, changes in73.49-49.33. The lower lobe of thesmoking quality aroma changes in18.06-11.73scores, changes in69.66-48.14. The total score and the aroma quality of large standarddeviation, standard deviation of each of the remaining indicators are not.The upper lobe of the irritation and longitude was highly negativecorrelation; middle leaves dry and delicate degree were negativelycorrelated with latitude, middle leaf irritant, aftertaste, back to sweet andround and latitude was highly negative correlation; lower leaf flavor,mellow feeling, dryness, delicate degree and clustering of all and the latitude and longitude was highly negative correlation, the lower leavesmiscellaneous gas and longitude was highly negative correlation betweensmoking quality and other indicators; and the latitude and longitudecorrelation were not significant.Tobacco smoking quality and the longitude and latitude of the greycorrelation degree to irritation, correlation sequence as irritant>miscellaneous gas> sweetness> fragrance> aroma quality dryness>delicate mellow feeling>> group sex.
