Energy crisis has become a problem which most countries have to face and solve urgently. The energy of future security affects the countries’diplomatic policy, at the same time it becomes an important factor in competing in the economic stage for a country. The more developed countries depending on the energy are more eagerly. Although China has a large number of natural resources, as a developing country which just entering into the middle period of industrialization, the speed of self-sufficiency has been far behind demand, especially the dependence on oil has exceeded most of developed countries.Most countries are actively seeking for renewable energy resources in order to gradually reduce the dependence of fossil fuels.In addition to promoting energy conservation and calling for a low carbon economy, China are rationally adjusting the energy structure, promoting the construction of large and medium-sized bio-gas projects. Particularly in the rural, with the scale farming and the rapid development of agriculture, the large and medium-sized bio-gas projects construction volume increases unceasingly, which plays an important role in environmental management and the field of energy development.The quality of the bio-gas projects require improve continuously. However, from the survey we find that, there are many problems in large and medium-sized bio-gas projects, such as:the low equipment; the aging equipment; a single raw material, an improper process; the short life of bio-gas projects; the low and unstable of gas production rate; low utilization ratio of biogas, biogas residue, bio-gas slurry. Combined with geographical location, climatic conditions, environmental factors and common characteristics of Chinese southern provinces, the proportion of the population and the area of the southern provinces and cities in China is quite large.Therefore, the research and exploration on the development of large and medium-sized bio-gas projects optimization model are particularly critical in southern China. Based on the investigation from part area of Jiangxi province, this paper analyzes the problems of the large and medium-sized bio-gas projects in southern China, and summarizes the factors which restrict the large and medium-sized bio-gas projects:insufficient capital; backward in technology and biogas, biogas residue, biogas slurry utilization rate is not high. To solve these problems and combine with the provinces of actual situation in southern China, writer proposes the development direction of the introduction BFBO which can solve financial and technical problems, the thermoelectric fat event model will improve biogas, biogas residue, biogas slurry utilization ratio and the comprehensive benefit. In order to validate the feasibility of this thought, suichuan jiayu animal husbandry Co. LTD adopts the idea of this paper and builds a1200m3-dimension bio-gas project, and come into use. This article draws the following conclusions through the analysis of the bio-gas project operation effect: (1) The BFBO bio-gas project can effectively solve the problems of insufficient funds and backward technology in the process of the bio-gas projects’development.(2) The thermoelectric fat event model could improve the utilization efficiency of bio-gas, make good use of the rejected material. At the same time, the mode increases the economic benefits and social benefits and environmental benefits, the bio-gas project can develop stable, which can be accepted by the public.(3) BFBO mode can solve bio-gas projects’development funds and technology issues, and thermoelectric fat event model can increase the comprehensive benefits of bio-gas projects. We know both of them are indispensable. Therefore, adopting BFBO mode and the thermoelectric fat event model is the direction of the future development of the large and medium-sized bio-gas projects in southern China.
