China is one of thirteen countries that water is lack in the world, distribution of time and space is unbalanced, and rice is the highest crop with needing water in our country’s agricultural water consumption, for example:with100m2, water of400~600m3is consumed away in the southern rice region, and1200-1600m3in the north. Therefore, since water is lack the yield of rice is influenced in some places of my country, what is more, if there are other bad conditions that for example, the temperature is low, it will be possible for total crops failure. The technique of rice growth covered with plastic film is a important technique to resolve water scarcity and to add the temperature in order to promoting grain protection, it will contribute to healthy growth of rice. The study of the equipment is just one of the some contents of The Study of the Technique of Rice Growth Covered with Plastic Film of Jilin Province that the finance department of Jilin province funded, the real foundation of the issue is the experimental study of the technique of rice growth covered with plastic film of Hubei province, the investigative basis of the issue is the artificial filming device and the device of direct-seeded dry cultivation with plastic film mulching, which can be utilized other works, it would achieve the result that it had been designed for the machine filming device that possess novelty, invention and practicability, so that film can be covered automatically.On the study and design of the device:First of all, on Huinan county in Jilin province some things was researched and analyzed for that if it is normal for seed selection and planting, the yield of the rice is less, it will be main four causes for water shortage, the low temperature, bad soil and bad fertility, the technique of rice growth covered with plastic film is just the effectual way to resolve those adverse factors. But the technique can be applied in good state, the filming equipment is resolved in demand, this is just the issue that we have researched. At the beginning of researching the issue, artificial filming was studied, its characteristics: high intensity, low efficiency, and low filming quality. Then, it was studied to utilize to other works for the device of direct-seeded dry cultivation with plastic film mulching. Finally, the more innovative equipment was made an outline of a story.Then, some mechanisms were researched, such as saving water, adding the temperature, improving soil, saving fertilizer, controlling illness, insects and grass, and adding outputs, so that ascertained what the device would do and how to do for it through thinking. And some inspection instruments were suggested to check the job for the device doing from agricultural request, such as, early tiller, increasing the leaf area index, promoting root expansion, strengthening root activity, saving ecological water for growth, increasing the operation rate of water, raising the temperature of rice paddy and the production property.Finally, mechanical properties of soils were researched:the travel quality of soil, the passage quality of the vehicle, the bearing capacity of soil, the anti-cutting force of soil, the adhesive force of soil and the water buoyancy. And those results have been made use of the design of the device. Contents include:the design of the opener, the film—mulching roller, the pressing film roller, the casing-wheel and the device frame. There are four the more innovative points in this equipment:the opener, the squeeze-film roller, the system of soil preparation, the monolithic hoisting system of the equipment.On the experiment of the device:the device was tried to cover the film to get good effect, and the filming speed is measured up to accounting efficiency that raise92.89%per mu along with reducing job intensity, it is very good about conditions of saving water, increasing the temperature, rice growth, controlling illness, grass and insects, and increasing outputs by tracking and monitoring. It is rational about deign parameters by assessing.it prove that the device may become the ideal filming equipment to get extensive application for reform of the technique of rice growth covered with plastic film.
