This thesis selects Pholiota highlandensis, Kuehneromyces mutabilis and Naematoloma fasciculare, Pholiota squarrosoides and Pholiota flammans as test materials, Pholiota highlandensis, Kuehneromyces mutabilis was cultivated, the rest three were collected from wild, after the selection of materials in different periods, taxonomic research was studied by ontogeny development data through the paraffin section, all of the results have been shot by microscopic photography. The results showed that the primal primordium was ball to oval shape in early time, above five inner hyphae were intertwined and dense to bunched shape with universal veil around. Along with the development of primal primordium, to grow the swollen in primordium apex, pileus primordia appeared.During the fringe of primordial apex dented to form pileus, stipe primordial appeared.Accordingly determine they were bivelangiocarpous. During the development process of Pholiota highlandensis, Pholiota squarrosoides, Pholiota flammans, Naematoloma fasciculare, universal veil coverd primal primordium all the time, the dynamic branches of universal veil formed scales at last, gill cavity was coated by partial veil until the maturity of hymenial primordium, all of these indicated they were hemiangiocarpous.During the development process of Kuehneromyces mutabilis, universal veil was not clear, it coverd primal primordium all the time, partial veil started developing as soon as gill cavity formed, after bursting of velum partial, hymenial primordium matured. All of this indicated that Kuehneromyces mutabilis was not typical hemiangiocarpous which was provided with partial veil and universal veil at the same time,it belongs the transition style between having partial veil and universal veil style and provided partial veil only style,it belongs hemiangiocarpous in macroscopic view.Primal primordiums of Pholiota highlandensis, Pholiota squarrosoides and Pholiota flammans were ball to oval shape in early time, inner hyphae were intertwined and dense to bunched shape with universal veil around. Along with the development of primal primordium, to grow the swollen in primordium apex, pileus primordia appeared.During the fringe of primordial apex dented to form pileus, stipe primordial appeared,so they were mixangiocarpe. In the development process of Kuehneromyces mutabilis and Naematoloma fasciculare the stipe primordium emerged earlier than the other structures,so they were stipialangiocarpe. There are many different between Kuehneromyces mutabilis and specieses of Pholiota in the development process,we can also find these different in type and developing activity of brunches in universal veil, such differents exist in Naematoloma fasciculare, but they both the same in developing process, talking one with another, Naematoloma fasciculare was considered between Naematoloma and Pholiota in ontogeny process. The headland L shape brunches showed in apex of primal primordiums of Pholiota flammans at first time of development process, then the bruches developed down load, the headland L shape bruches were not as many as the first time when fruiting body matured. The A shape brunches showed in apex of primal primordiums of Pholiota squarrosoides at first time of development process, then the bruches developed down load, the A shape bruches were as many as the first time when fruiting body matured.lt seemed like no clear bruches in Pholiota highlandensis, universal veils in stipe were advanced than they at apex in developing process, they were not obvious in the time of fruiting body matured.Universal veil was not thriving in Kuehneromyces mutabilis and Naematoloma fasciculare.According the results of ontogeny data, considered the different place of universal veil was detective, the taxonomy results concerned Pholiota highlandensis, Pholiota squarrosoides and Pholiota flammans were approved,it was not recommended to shift Kuehneromyces mutabilis to Pholiota, the taxonomy results of Naematoloma fasciculare is right.
