Azoxytrobin is a kind of7-hydroxy acrylates broad spectrum fungicide. Its synthesis methods is called biomimetic synthesis. Its trade name is Amistar. Its mechanism is through the role in fungal mitochondria, and in the mitochondria in the electron transport chain cyt b complex QO parts of the union, to stop the electronic transfer, inhibit the germs of breathing, destroy germs energy synthesis, make its loss of vitality. Due to azoxytrobin belongs to bacterium of biomimetic synthesis mitochondrial breathing inhibitors, so it is friendly to the environment than the other forms of pesticide. From the begining, azoxytrobin has a very broad application prospect. Because of it is sterilization and the validity of the broad spectrum, long, high activity, a low toxicity, on non-target organisms security and so on. Azoxytrobin has many application way, and it lead to residue in soil by the way of adsorption and settlement. And maybe change the environment of soil. Therefore, to carry out the effects of azoxytrobin on soil enzyme activity, for know it in scientific way and reasonable use azoxytrobin, determine its security on the soil were has very important theory and practical meaning.The soil enzyme is a kind of protein with a biological activty and high catalytic function. The role of the soil enzymes in the soil occurred, development, and the soil fertility formation and evolution of the whole process of the embodied. The soil enzyme activity is direct response soil fertility, typically the degree of soil. The environment can make a big impact on the soil enzyme. When the temperature, the pressure and the pH are normal, The soil enzyme can greatly accelerating biological chemical reaction speed, and show prominent specificity.The study of the effect of azoxystrobin on sucrase activity shows that, azoxystrobin has influence on the soil sucrase. The influence degree contect with the soil physical and chemical properties. The lower organic matter content, the sucrase with a higher sensitive.But the inhibition by azoxystrobin will disappear by the time.The study of the effect of azoxystrobin on urease activity shows that, soil urease to the sensitivity of azoxystrobin is not strong. The activity change of the urease is not by the azoxystrobin direct action. It is because of the soil environment change which by the azoxystrobin. Along with the growth of the time, the inhibition by azoxystrobin will disappear.The results showed that thecatalase is sensitive to azoxystrobin. Lower concentrations of azoxystrobin can inhibit it strongly. Meadow soil by adding high concentrations of azoxystrobin, catalase enzyme activity is activated, but the activation decreases with the increase of azoxystrobin.With the growth of the culture time,the tested soils had catalase activity was significantly inhibited and the inhibition did not restore or eliminate. Azoxystrobin made a great damage on soil catalase suitable soil environment.The effect of azoxystrobin to alkaline phosphatase activity shows that, alkaline phosphatase sensitive to azoxystrobin.And it will inhibite the alkaline phosphatase activity. It also to supplement the substrate of the enzymatic reaction, so the alkaline phosphatase activity higher again. Along with the growth of the time, the inhibition by azoxystrobin will disappear.According to the results, it suggested to use azoxystrobin reasonablely. And it should be used lower on the soil treatment.
